It is all about Papaya now...

My dear social friends, brothers and sisters :)...

I trust everyone is doing well. In this blog, I am sharing little about Papaya Trees in my farm.  Please check out below tree. This is a 6 months old tree.

This is my second set of papaya trees. I have planted over 100 trees in the 2nd batch.  More than 50% of trees are in good shape and healthy at this point. As you can see in the picture, if the tree is healthy it gives good yielding. 

We have to put extra care during initial 30 days. We need to water them daily and apply manure during first few weeks. I have setup drip-irrigation in my farm. Here is the glimpse of few more trees.

If the tree is in dark green color, you can easily assume it is healthy. However there are few trees in light green color, and it is OK.  If the tree is in yellow color, mostly it will not yield anything.

Now, coming to yielding, easily you could get around 50 kgs in a week. Farm price is: 10 INR per kg.

I do give lots of free stuffs to relatives and neighbors.  Sharing is caring, and when you share we get different things from neighbors.

Most of the trees are natural without any extra manures.  But, yes, trees do need care, extra support and proper maintenance.

What is happiness:

When you enter the papaya farm - you are surrounded by natural fruits, smell of the fruits and lush green shadow... This will recharge you and you are with a mother of nature. What else you need?

ReUnion = RechargeUnion ? - It is imporant to recharge yourself...

My dear social friends, brothers and sisters ...  Vanakkam, Namaste.  This blog is about my experience at the recent reunion that we had.... Special thanks to my friends! Tesla and all devices without recharge, or with no charge - it is called as ??. Palm Trees Progress - Two leaves in two years.... (Panai Maram and Karupatti Kaapi)

My dear social friends, brothers and sisters ...  Vanakkam, Namaste and good day!. Last month , I visited India and I will share the latest progress and latest experiences from farm. This blog is about palm trees. Two years back, I planted around 100 palm trees. The interesting fact is that, after two years of planting and waiting, I see now two leaves. :). Not all trees survived, but many survived our last year drought. It took two years, to see some visible progress as see you below. Many trees still have just one leave as you see below. Palm Trees take longer time to grow. An average growth rate is: 3 to 10 inches per year. What does it mean: This plantation is for next generation.
